1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and NTSkins LLC ("NTSkins", "we", "our"), a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901. By accessing or using ntskins.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; (c) you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law; and (d) you have not previously had an account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials, including your linked Steam account. Each person may only have one NTSkins account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC/AML) at any time, particularly for high-value transactions or suspicious activity. Refusal to comply may result in account restrictions or termination.

4. Description of Service

NTSkins operates as a marketplace platform for virtual items from the game Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2"). The Service allows users to buy and sell virtual cosmetic items ("Skins"). NTSkins acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions, not as a direct seller or buyer of items.

Virtual items are intangible digital goods with no guaranteed intrinsic value. Prices fluctuate based on market supply and demand. NTSkins does not guarantee any specific value for any item.

5. Transactions and Payments

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Service fees and commissions apply as disclosed on the platform. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge for the full amount (item price + applicable fees). Digital item transactions are final and irreversible after completion.

Deposits are processed through third-party payment providers (PIX, credit card, cryptocurrency). Withdrawals are available only for balance originating from sales and are subject to verification and approval. NTSkins may hold withdrawals for identity verification or fraud prevention purposes.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the items traded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed purchases of virtual items. If a transaction fails due to technical reasons, the amount will be automatically returned to your account balance. For exceptional cases, contact our support at [email protected].

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or circumvent suspensions
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Engage in money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Manipulate market prices or engage in wash trading
• Trade items obtained illicitly (stolen, hacked, etc.)
• Use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors
• Scrape, data-mine, or access the Service in an unauthorized manner
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks against NTSkins
• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and items, and referral to appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

NTSkins is NOT affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation or Steam. Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam, and all related trademarks and images are registered trademarks and property of Valve Corporation. The use of these marks on this site is strictly for informational and descriptive purposes.

All original NTSkins content, including design, code, logos, and text, is the property of NTSkins LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITEMS WILL HAVE ANY SPECIFIC VALUE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NTSKINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO NTSKINS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

NTSkins is not responsible for: Steam or Valve outages; trade bans or restrictions applied by Valve; item value fluctuations; third-party actions; or loss of access to your Steam account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTSkins LLC, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you transmit through the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Dover, Delaware.

YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination: (a) access to the Service will be revoked; (b) legitimate balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law; (c) in cases of proven fraud, balance and items may be forfeited.

14. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NTSkins.
• Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
• Force Majeure: NTSkins shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
